Description
Materials:
Reinforced and stabilised polyamide. Oils and greases resistant.
Surface:
Satin.
Colour:
Black (RAL 9011).
Main insert:
Zinc plated steel insert with right through smooth bore, (bore tolerance H10).
Lateral insert:
Brass insert with threaded right through bore.
(+) Black-oxyde steel insert with hexagonal threaded through hole. Fixed with black-oxyde hexagon socket button head screw ISO 7838.
Hub:
Solid hub.
(*) Hollow underneath hub.
Mountable indicator
Gravitational indicator with 50/80mm. diameter (models K650-K660). The indicator can only be used in a vertical position (horizontal machine axis). The indicator is to be purchased separately. For more information see article K650.
Indicator fastening:
Fix the indicator with a threaded grub screw M04 (not supplied) inserted in the bore d4.
Handwheel fastening:
The handwheel is fixed to the shaft using a grub screw M05 (not supplied) to be inserted on radial bore (d2).
SPECIAL REQUESTS:
On request and with a minimum of 50 pieces, the inserts can be supplied with hole d1 with tolerance H7 and black-oxyde finish. Add the letters ZB to the standard code. Example: K406130.T050D0801ZB.
It’s possible to supply the inserts with d1 bore by customer design, on request and for quantities.
It is possible to supply inserts in different materials, on request and for quantities.
Upon request the handwheels can be supplied indicator complete, (not assembled for the transport).
